Terms of Service
Delivery Policy/Information
We use UPS ground as our preferred shipping method with a 10 business day delivery estimate. Other delivery methods are available (time/carrier) if selected during the order process. If you have questions regarding any shipped products or other delivery options, please contact us at info@themedicalseries.com.
Product Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by GMEC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Just email us at info@themedicalseries.com with your name, address, phone, email, product description and reason for return and we will contact you to setup the return.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-15 days of us receiving your return shipment; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We strongly suggest that you only use a traceable method of shipment for any/all returns. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Note: A 15% restocking fee may apply for certain items.
Items that are Not Returnable
GMEC does not accept returns of the following items:
- Opened DVD/CD; without prior authorization (i.e. if you discovered that the item was defective after the package is opened, a replacement will be authorized and sent to replace defective item).
- Any downloadable software products.
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery (product-dependent, partial refund/credit or exchange may be possible).
